KCSMW Onam Celebration

About

The Malayali community's flagship Onam celebration in the DMV, organized by KCSMW (founded 1984). The 2026 edition, 'Onam Vibes '26 – Rhythm of 14 Districts', was held 5 September 2026 at John Champe High School in Aldie, opening with a traditional Onasadya feast followed by an Athachamayam procession, Singari Melam, a mega Thiruvathira and cultural performances; event-only tickets were $15 with sadya sold separately. The 2027 date has not been announced.
